is 100% postcoded.
Accuracy
All
names were contacted within the last 6 months;
individuals no longer looking for a property
on the Costa del Sol are automatically
removed from the database.

Data
structure
The
following fields are supplied, as standard,
for each record: Name, full
address including PAF verified postcodes,
salutation.
Output formats
Data is supplied as an ASCII comma-delimited text (.txt) file on CD-Rom or as an e-mail attachment. The comma-delimited text format is the default format for the despatch of our lists, as it is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge; if you prefer to receive the list as either a Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access file, you will be able to note this in the "Comments" box when you place your order.
Self-adhesive labels are supplied
24 labels per page (the size of each label
is 64mm x 34 mm).
Delivery
Data
is dispatched on (a) CD-ROM
or via e-mail and/or (b) self-adhesive labels,
as specified in our online shop; where we
send you our list by e-mail, this is usually
done the same day the order is placed; otherwise,
please allow 1-2 working days from receipt
of order.
CD-ROMs
